No A/C but a fan. Too much noise when you open the window. It was really hot at night. Flow of water was very weak for shower. The towels were not sufficient and bathrobe wasnt absorping the water at all. Generally helpful staff. We chose this hotel as it was very close to kintex exhibition Center but it was not at all. There was hair in the bath drain and the electric kettle still had a but of water in it. The bathroom is awkwardly designed (no shower curtain). Can't control the temperature. Barely any outlets to plug in devices. The TV is big and the bed was OK. Staff was fine. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. There was bottled water I could grab which was nice. It gets the job done if you are desparate but it is very mediocre. Don't expect much. The room was super clean. It was also quiet and there are many restaurants around the hotel.
