Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Four-wheel drive may be required in winter months. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Security camera details: Front Entrance and Backdoor. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect amount of rustic charm but modern cleanliness and comforts. We have stayed in numerous places in Govt Camp and this has to be the fav discovery. Super cute kids rooms. High ceilings make it feel spacious. It is in the forest, so it’s cool in summer. Plenty of pretty windows and filtered sunlight. We will be back! It’s in a shaded wooded area, but plenty of windows that let beautiful filtered light thru. Cool in summer, but has great modern heating system. Kids rooms adorable. High ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. Rustic floorboards add so much charm and uniqueness.
