Located in the Spazio di Palmas condominium, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers a complete infrastructure with a swimming pool, games room, playground, mini soccer field and gym, providing several leisure options for adults and children.  
  
The apartment is decorated in a cozy and functional style, providing a pleasant environment for guests. The living room is spacious and well-lit, equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, ideal for moments of relaxation. This space integrates harmoniously with the balcony, creating a spacious and inviting social area. The balcony has a private barbecue, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying special moments with family and friends. The retractable windows allow the space to be fully opened, providing excellent natural ventilation and taking advantage of daylight, making the space even more pleasant. When closed, they ensure thermal comfort and protection from wind or rain, allowing the area to be used at any time of the year. The intelligent layout of this space allows guests to enjoy both an open and airy space or a more private and cozy place, depending on their needs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, crockery and other essential items for preparing meals with ease.
