This newly renovated 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + Game Room, Fire pit along with Hot Tub in the backyard and much more. This property provides an amazing, all year round visit to the Poconos Mountains. Our guests have plenty of Amenities to enjoy. Our Casita is located in the heart of the award winning \*Gold Star Certified\* Big Bass Lake gated community in the Pocono Mountains. LAKE\*POOL\*SKI\* PARKS waiting for you to come create memories. The space This Saltbox style casita has 4 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated full bathrooms, living room with wood fireplace, dining area, entertainment room with 2 arcade games, board games, air hockey, and foosball table. A full kitchen with a large counter island along with all your cooking needs. There is a fire pit area, a brand-new hot tub, and sitting area all outside to enjoy the outside weather day or night. We provide the pillows, linens, and towels. There is also a Washer/Dryer you can use. Main Bedroom (1st Floor) King Bed Guest room 1 (2nd Floor) 2 Twin Beds Guest room 2 (2nd Floor) Bunk bed with Trundle (3 Twin Mattresses) Guest room 3 (2nd Floor) Queen Bed Please note based on the bed counts, the total amount of suggested people that can sleep comfortably is 9\. The maximum allowed in the property is 12 based on the township. There are 2 Smart TV's (Living Room and Game Room). You will need to login to your own apps. Please note we do provide some snacks as you may have had a long trip. Please be aware & take any caution in case of any peanut allergies. We now allow pets (maximum 2)!! Small to Medium size dogs only. Please ensure they are potty trained. This is a gated community so there are no fences around property. There is $50 pet fee for the extra cleaning needed. We provide: Premium Fleece Pet Blankets Dog Sofa Bed – 28”L x 23”W Greener Walker Poop Bags Food Mats for Food and Water Bowls Water And Food Bowl We encourage to please use the blankets to prevent hairs from getting on furniture. Pets are NOT allowed on the bed. We really appreciate your understanding to our other guests who may be allergic. Please note for your safety, we have 1 Ring security camera in the front entrance and 1 Ring Security camera in the back entrance only. There are no cameras inside or near the hot tub. Guest access \*\*\*PLEASE READ BELOW\*\*\* Please note, the community requires a rental application filled out which is a $50 fee. I will send you the information needed and will fill on your behalf as soon as you are booked. You will need to provide everyone's name at least 3 business days before check-in so you can be allowed access at the gate. The guests provided must be a final list. If the form is submitted late or last-minute bookings will be a $100 fee. MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS PER HOUSE PER RESERVATION (Maximum Occupancy for overnight is 9 Irrespective of Rooms in Home). Last minute check-ins will need to be filled out as soon as possible to put you in with the association. Due to last-minute bookings, the application fee is $100\. Our vacation included two family’s with 5 children all together ranging from ages 2-5 and a pup! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our children and dog which was such a pleasant surprise. The house alone is so fun to look at and so cozy. The kids and dog loved every bit of it and did not want to leave. It’s super close to the lake AND the pool. The outside area was EVERYTHING. We could have camped out there and been happy. From the play set, the fire pit and hot-tub … we spent a lot of time out there. We are already planning a fall get away to the same house since it fit us so perfectly. Omar was amazing with checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and the game room was a big hit for all! The host was very communicative throughout our entire stay and check in and check out process was seamless. The nine of us had plenty of sleeping room. The kitchen island was long enough to lay out a bunch of food with room to sit and eat. There is a game room next to the kitchen with air hockey and a PacMan/Galaga game console. There is a large fire pit in the front yard, doesn’t lend itself to a lot of privacy, but it was comfortable for sitting around making s’mores. It was a fun and relaxed spot that lent itself well to the occasion. ##### Maggie C.
