The room was amazing and the location was perfectly close to everything. They also offered traditional japanese PJ during your stay which is amazing. Clean and neat room with many amenities (like a mini fridge, microwave, water cooker) and a powerful AC. Very nice staff, receptionist spoke great English. Good breakfast and room service. Is close to a bus station to Hakone and within walking distance to Gotemba Station. Several restaurants in walking distance as well as a 711 and family marts.
