« We stayed a week at this lovely home and had a great time. It was so clean, and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The area is filled with fun things to do. Plenty of nature hikes at Ferne Clyffe State park, and the Garden of the Gods is worth the short drive. The lake was calm and we enjoyed several kayak trips. We look forward to coming back! Loved getting to watch the horses graze, have the company of a sweet cat on the porch, and the occasional visit from one of the friendly dogs. Great spot to watch the sunset and then see moon light the field. The coffee was so good, too! Air conditioning worked perfectly when needed. »

Nice views and very remote yet close enough to Carbondale that we didn’t feel like it was a big distance to hang out in town and pick up some grocery items. Had a great time kayaking on the on-site pond. Also very close to many nature trails including a 5-minute drive to Panther Den trailhead. Overall, I would definitely come back. »
