In a sunny, quiet location, detached 3 ½ room family house ideal for a family up to 4/5 people.
Large terraces with a fantastic view on the southern slope of Locarno (7 minutes by train, 10 minutes by car and Lago Maggiore beach can be reached in 3-4 minutes by car) and Ascona (15 minutes by car) in the municipality of Gordola (Verzasca Valley area) with private swimming pool (not in operation in winter), private Finnish sauna (only in winter, the costs are calculated separately), covered seating, sun beds and parasol and sun islands and Weber kettle grill for your most beautiful evening grill. Most of the rooms enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, the Magadino plain and the mountains.
Modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, new fully automatic coffee machine for espresso and cappuccino, hand mixer, hand blender, electric lemon squeezer, toaster, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, phone, washing machine, etc. S. W.
Living / dining room with 46 inch flat TV. Two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed +1 children's travel cot, shower-toilet, toilet. All windows with mosquito net!

Très bon séjour ! Vue extraordinaire !
Très bel endroit, très bon accueil de l’hôte. Juste quelques petites incompréhensions dues à la langue ( nous ne parlions ni italien ni allemand et l’hôte ne parlait ni français ni anglais). Attention toutefois à l’annonce en français qui est erronée, il n’y a pas deux salles de bains dans la maison, mais juste une salle de douche.

Traumhaft!
Wir verbrachten 1 Woche (19.08- bis 26.08.2023) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es ist effektiv alles wie im Angebot beschrieben und es fehlt absolut gar nichts - somit wäre auch eigentlich schon fast alles gesagt - doch bei der Anlage ist sehr schnell zu spüren, dass die Vermieter alles mit Herzblut unternommen haben und auch unternehmen, dass man sich dort sehr wohl fühlen kann. Was es zu Wissen gilt, dass das Ferienhaus via eine relativ lange und steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Dort jedoch angekommen ist die Freude umso grösser über die grosse Terrasse mit Pool und der genialen Aussichten, ausserhalb und auch im Haus. Diese Woche war das Wetter sehr schön und die Temperaturen sehr hoch. Dank Pool, viel möglichem Schatten und Klimaanlage genossen wir es sehr. Vielen Dank an Patrizia & Giuseppe für die Gastfreundschaft, bleibt Gesund und hoffentlich bis bald wieder😊 Liebe Grüsse Röbi & Maja

Wir genossen eine wunderbare Woche im Tessin. Die Beschreibungen und Bilder auf der Webseite wecken hohe Erwartungen, die aber durchweg erfüllt oder gar übertroffen werden. Wir haben bereits mehrere Häuser via VRBO/fewo-direkt u.ä. gemietet, aber in keinem war alles so perfekt gereinigt und vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, an alles ist gedacht (Grill mit Zubehör wie Anzünd- und Reinigungsmaterial, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Küchenutensilien - wir haben rein gar nichts vermisst). Die Kommunikation mit Patrizia vor und während der Buchung klappte wunderbar, sie antwortete immer sehr rasch und erklärte alles. Aber auch während des Aufenthaltes stand sie für allfällige Fragen prompt und hilfreich zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank, Patrizia, wir haben die Zeit bei Euch sehr genossen und hoffen, bald einmal wieder Eure Gäste zu sein.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit sagenhaftem Blick und Pool
Wir haben hier eine Woche mit der Familie verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, hat einen tollen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und außerdem einen Pool. Es war alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos im Inserat. Die Abwicklung der Buchung, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und der Empfang waren ausgesprochen unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen wurden, es wurde uns alles gezeigt und wir haben gute Tips für den Aufenthalt bekommen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
