"A beautiful property. Our 2nd time visiting for our Anniversary. Was extremely disappointed upon check in they put us in building 4. Not good. It’s totally disconnected from vibe of hotel. I had asked early on for other building. They were able to switch us over to different room next day. Dirty towels and garbage in front of our door from house keeping for over 24 hr period. We did kill 2 roaches in room. We saw a lot of dogs on property even though there are no pets allowed. We meet a raccoon on walk way to room 2 times that was scary. They no longer offer jet ski rental. Parking daily is very expensive. Restaurant was excellent and service was great. "

"I want to share this review because after reading many of the reviews here I almost did not book this hotel and I have to say that I’m very glad I did. I think if you are an extremely picky person and everything has to be perfect then I have a feeling you may not like this property or a lot of the properties you stay at. But for folks that are looking for a pretty hotel, close to literally EVERYTHING, Bourbon is a less than a minute walk, but don’t worry, you don’t hear anything in your room. There are great restaurants right on the street, shopping, nightlife, the cable cars are right in front so you can hop on if you don’t want to walk. The room was clean and very spacious and the beds were very comfortable, minus one pillow that was a little tough. The shower pressure was amazing. The staff complied with all of our requests in a timely manner. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast buffet-that sucked, and the coffee was horrible, and it’s $24, which for what it is, totally not worth it. However, the restaurant did say that they share the property but don’t belong to the hotel. So, I guess in general, the hotel to me was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, and I like that at night they ask for your room key before you are let in to the hotel and this provides an added layer of security which we appreciated. "

"Everything was great…except the shower. The shower had no water pressure. Thank god i didn’t have to wash my hair that night, or I’d of been very upset. I think it might have been just our room tho, because our detachable shower head was gone, but the wall holder was still there. "
