« Mitten im Zentrum von Tropea und doch ruhig (Ende September) Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit Jacuzzi Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Stromboli. Die beiden Damen sind ebenfalls sehr freudlich. Saverio hat eine sehr freundliche Art. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Er hat viele Tipps für gute Lokale. Zum Stadtstrand nur ein kurzer Treppenabstieg. Von Il Barone werden kostenfrei Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.Das Wasser ist traumhaft klar. »

« The modern rooms are short walk to town center, we had parked just outside the property and walked everywhere, there is plenty of information in the room about places to visit, eat and drink. Also we were given chips to exchange in a number of cafes nearby for breakfast (coffee and croissant), as it was included in the stay. Very happy with the room, would recommend it. »

« The language barrier was definitely an issue. We were greeted in the street by the off-site host who was upset that we were planning to check out early even though we said we were paying for the extra night and despite the fact that we had emailed June 22nd that we had to shorten our stay. This is not a typical B & B. It consists of 4 rooms and a shared kitchenette on the same floor as 2 private apartments in a multi-story building above the pedestrian area. No blow dryer or iron is provided....
