(1,359 reviews) The staff was courteous and friendly. Concierge Yennifer Perez was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns and assuring comfort. The beachfront amenities were excellent and beach was stupendous. Thanksgiving festivities were amazing. I was placed in a room that was very dilapidated. Dressers handles were rotted and fell off when pulled. Bathroom was outdated and uninviting. Towels were extremely shabby and dingy. Alternate room was slightly better but dresser was also broken. Towels were also very worn. Friday and Saturday were very noisy. Dance music played during breakfast was very loud. More subdued music is recommended. Ice cream was only available to members at Scoop the ice cream parlor. They should have ice cream available for all regardless of membership status. I would not return to this hotel because of the outdated and dilapidated rooms. (1,000 reviews) I stayed at the same hotel multiple times, ranging from the lifestyle presidential suite to the lifestyle crown. Overall, my experience was positive, although I don’t plan to return for a while. The menu offerings at the resort were quite repetitive, with minimal variation during my week-long stay, which made dining less exciting. The restaurants I visited were decent; the steakhouse stood out as the best option due to its quality and variety. The bar was quite average, serving typical drinks and limited atmosphere. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the spa. I was able to book two different treatments—such as a deep tissue massage and a hydrating facial—and the staff consistently provided professional and friendly service. If I were to award five stars to the resort, it would be primarily for the outstanding spa experience and attentive staff.
