« Almost everything was great! The only major exception was 3of the 4 Flouresent bulbs in the garage were burnt out. Very difficult for playing ping pong which was one of the attractions for the rental. Two of the toilets needed adjusting, would not flush properly. One the flapper chain was to long the other fill valve was set to low. Otherwise the place was great! A little disappointed in the yard, mostly hillside, put a damper on yard games.. « We had 6 families stay at Lakin it Easy and it was such a nice place for us to stay and gather! From being a short walk to the outdoor pool to the nice open kitchen and living area where we could all hangout together was splendid. Beth was very accommodating and a great communicator with instructions on the house and gave us a detailed list of the places to go in Branson! We highly recommend for young families with kiddos. »

« Plenty of room for all 24 family members without feeling on top of each other. Adam did a great job with communication before and during our stay. Plenty of stores close by for restock supplies without drive long distances. Multiple things available for entertainment for all ages. Very short drive to the local Marina and lake. Beautiful view of the lake from the deck. »

« If you want privacy away from life this is the place to be. The fishing was great, caught a 13.5lb. catfish. The house was nice and stocked with everything we needed. It was a great place to spend a week. »
