Lots are 2-3 acres which ensures privacy and makes it feel like you are the only one there. You\`ll be just: \- Kicking Horse Ski Resort: 30 mins. \- Lake Louise Ski Resort: 1 hour. \- Sunshine Ski Resort: 1 hour 50 minutes. It takes 12-15 minutes down highway 95 from Golden to get to the house. Highway 95 is paved and kept in good shape throughout the winter. Snow tires and 4WD/AWD strongly recommended in winter time. \- No meet-up is required for check-in/check-out. You will be provided with a key code for the door. Be sure to review and print check-in instructions before arriving. \- Please note that the beauty of nature surrounds the place. Fireworks in the area are strictly prohibited as they may cause forest fires. \-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed. Welcome to your home away from home! Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events. 4\. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises. 5\. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate. 6\. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation. 7\. This unit has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed. 8\. NO PETS allowed. \*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation). 9\. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails.
