Surrounded by six national parks (Banff, Glacier, Jasper, Kootenay, Mount Revelstoke, and Yoho), Golden is an ideal base for exploring the Canadian Rockies. Beyond the obvious draws, hiking biking and skiing it's also home to Canada's longest suspension bridge, the newly opened Golden Skybridge, whitewater rafting spots along the Kicking Horse River, a wolf sanctuary, and a burgeoning craft beer and food scene.

Just bring your friends some food and clothes. Our home has hosted everything from yoga retreats family reunions as well as some of most memorable ski trips to date. The chalet is 4000 square feet complete with the features you would expect in a luxury timber frame chalet, including large open living plan with 25 foot ceilings in the main area, 3 separate living rooms, satellite TV, Apple TV, high speed internet with Free WiFi, 2-gas burning fireplaces, wet bar, BBQ, large 8 person hot tub, ski storage room complete with boot warmers and ski racks. The home features in-floor heating throughout to keep your toes toasty warm even in the basement and double car garage. Our home is only a short 100-meter walk to the cat track leading to the main gondola you can also ski into our back yard however you do have to cross the road. You can strap on your boots in the garage or off the back of the house and your steps away from skiing down to the Gondola. Just a 5-minute walk to several restaurants bars and pubs. Arguably the best street on the hill to be on. The house sleeps 13 in beds and there are air mattresses for overflow, or snorers. We also have some toys, infant booster chair and two pack-n-play units for the little ones in your group.

Bedrooms one(king), two(twins normal or king upon request) and three(queen) are located on the upper level of the home. Bedroom one has an en-suite bedrooms two and three use the shared main bathroom upstairs. (see bedroom descriptions for additional information and bed configuration).
There are no bedrooms on the main level where the kitchen living room dining room and second living room are located however there are two bathrooms located on the main floor one powder room and one full bathroom with shower close to the hot tub. Bedrooms four(king or twins upon request) and five(bunk room) located on the lower level share an ensuite Jack and Jill style.

Full kitchen equipped with all your cooking essentials pots/pans , plates/bowls, microwave, coffee pots, toasters, blender, kettle, coffee grinder, turkey roaster, crock pot, spices and the list goes on. Just pack your bags and come and enjoy your stay.
