### Tropical Dreaming (Heated Pool)

Located in the highly sought-after area of Broadbeach Waters is this delightful North-facing waterfront property and it could well be your ticket to living the Gold Coast dream. The home features 4 bedrooms with 3 having their own ensuite bathroom, It’s designed for family holidays having access to a Heated Pool, sandy beach waterfront, cinema room, study nook for working, and its own waterfront jetty.  
  
A modern home like this makes for a carefree easy holiday. With a big bright window capturing the sun and the views it has a very light and airy, comfortable feel. The living area is open plan and flows into the dining and gourmet Caesar stone kitchen, making entertaining the family a breeze. Be impressed by the expansive outdoor deck area with an in-ground pool and enviable long waterfront views plus a pontoon. At night time you will love the views overlooking the famous Gold Coast city lights.  
  
The upper level features a master suite with a walk-through dressing room and enormous spa master bathroom. A fully equipped media room and study. The lower level consists of three spacious bedrooms, two with ensuite. Also a separate bathroom and powder room. It has ducted air-conditioning in living spaces with modern furnishings.  
  
Being in a perfect holiday location, this home is only a 5-minute walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, 5 minutes to cafes, and another 5 minutes to The Star Casino and beautiful Broadbeach. Now that’s what I call a perfect holiday.  
This is a perfect holiday home for a family who wants to live the Gold Coast lifestyle just a few short steps to the beach.  
  
A $1,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
