The Grand is a luxurious waterfront home built at the end of a stunning canal to capture the amazing north facing water and Surfers Paradise skyline views. The Grand has been specifically built to capture the true essence of Gold Coast waterfront living with outside alfresco areas both upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs bedroom wings are accessed via the beautiful cantilevered staircase which leads to an architecturally designed timber bridge which towers over the void of the entry. Featuring contemporary open plan living The Grand is complemented by a state of the art chef’s kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops, European Appliances, 5 generous bedrooms, 3 stylish bathrooms, a home cinema room, ducted air conditioning and large alfresco areas both upstairs and downstairs which overlook the water.  
  
For year round swimming The Grand has a fully heated swimming pool. Situated in the centre of Broadbeach, this home is within walking distance to the best that Broadbeach has to offer: Pacific Fair Shopping, The Star Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Broadbeach’s fabulous restaurant strip, and of course the Gold Coast’s trademark golden beaches.  
  
This beautiful home really does provide the ultimate Gold Coast holiday which will give you and your family wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
