Great views of the beach, pool looks lovely, bbqs are pretty good. The Bbq area needs to have a few more items to assist like paper towel, hand wash and detergent. The apartment was furnished quite stylishly but it needs a very deep clean. There are a lot of streaks under the glass table tops, lots of dust on window sills, the shower heads need replacing, especially the one in the ensuite, seems blocked with mineral deposits. The carpet is in desperate need of a steam clean, the bathroom/ensuite need a good scrub with bleach, and the walls/skirting boards need a good wash down with detergent. The kitchen is lacking items that we would consider standard such as steak knives, salad servers (just a single salad spoon was in the draw), no salad bowl just a burned mixing bowl, coffee mugs are way too small, the kettle had a foul burned plastic taste, the dryer was clogged up with sticky lint at the back which was causing condensation to drip down the dryer and onto the top of the washing machine and ironing board. Husband had to reach over the back of the dryer to unclog it all. We had to clean up a considerable amount of sticky lint that had been building up on the floor where the washing machine sits. The mop was perished. Whilst it is likely that the cleaners do a quick wipe over and vacuum, the owners need to organise a deep clean and for some maintenance to be undertaken. We would stay again in the hope that these issues are addressed.
