Enquire for mid-stay clean and linen change (charge applies). \* Bed and bath linen provided. \* By the Beach Getaways does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, etc. and cannot control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. No compensation will be given for such events. \* Parties and group events are strictly prohibited. \* We do not accommodate Schoolies. \* Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. A $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 10 pm-8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. Guest Access: Guest will have two sets of keys: one from the KeyNest point at Surfers Paradise Mini Mart (to return on departure) and one in the apartment on the coffee/dining table. The main entrance is on Northcliffe Terrace. You can enter via the front door on Hamilton Avenue or the carpark entrance, then take the lift to the 4th floor.
