Other things to note: This apartment is privately managed and not associated with the inhouse managers. This means that you get all the benefits of our fully equipped apartments and attention to detail, while having use all of the buildings facilities. The only item you are unable to use is the front desk, however that is what the GC Getaways team is here for! House rules No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony. No parties or events. No Schoolies. A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking. No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday. $250 fee for each lost set of keys. Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, were here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you. Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Clean, spacious and well appointed. Came for work and was perfect for attending the convention centre daily. Little touches were appreciated. Location was great for restaurant precinct but not so close to the beach for our family. Carpark was very busy, our space was taken but owner very prompt with another one in same carpark. The apartment itself had lots of additional items that we would have to buy as we had forgotten them. eg facial wipes, ear buds , beach towels etc. We stay in apartments every holiday and this one just seem to have all things covered. Would happily return to this apartment but found the management of it above and beyond. Upon arrival our credit card was declined but instead of holding us up the management was patient and considerate .Crcd was sorted and we felt it was no bother to Steve - Absolute great management. ##### Craig M.
