Not being computer skilled, I was unable to contact anyone who could help us. By chance a resident not connected with stayz found us, took pity on us, and after half an hour eventually found how to locate and enter our rental. It was on floor 8 and both lifts failed that night. Again it was with a nother owner that we were able to locate a stairwell to the 8 floor. As 80 year olds, that was a struggle. Lastly the keys were in a locked box in the mailbox. The box was difficult to open, and we were unable on departure to enclose the keys in the box.
