The host responded fast to text but did not accommodate our wish for dishwasher soap and laundry soap and requested we use the dishwasher and to start a load of linen before we left. I also requested some new swifter pads since the one on the machine was dirty. Having a dog who was playing on the beach caused dirt on the floor. I did have access to broom. They provided dog towels and a dog bowl. I have never stayed in a place that didnt provide soap for the dishwasher and laundry especially when they wanted them used. The other thing that caused issues is the main hwy was under the unit so the traffic noise was an issue with sleeping and enjoying the patio. ##### patricia m. Séjour de 4 nuits en janvier 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Larry Voyage de couple 31 janv. 2025 The home yad view of the ocean, but it was partially obstructed by utility poles and cables, as well as some trees. The home had ample room and good heating and appliances. The beds were not comfortable, and the living room furniture and kitchen stools lacked comfort. Neighboring units were very close and there was a lack of privacy. Parking was limited. The biggest issue was that it was very noisy due to the proximity of the home to the highway which had an abundance of traffic, especially logging trucks. Front bedroom does get a lot of noise from the highway. Home had nice appliances and was within easy walking distance to the coast and downtown Gold Beach.
