"Als wir angekommen sind, wartete bereits eine Flasche sehr guten Weins und eine persönliche Grußkarte auf uns. Die Wohnung hat an der Ausstattung nichts vermissen lassen. Die Sauberkeit war perfekt! Die Kommunikation war sehr höflich und freundlich! Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlte und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft wunderbar bis auf das Bett das sehr in Bodennähe ist war alles super. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das wir eigentlich 16 Uhr einchecken sollten aber dann doch erst 17:30 ein checken durften wäre kein Problem wenn man kein 2 jähriges Kind mit gehabt hätte der Mann von der Agentur war auch alles andere als freundlich am Telefon, da muss man schon sagen war der erste Tag echt nicht berauschend. Die Parkplätze sind wie in anderen...

"Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...

"Einiges war lt. Buchungsdetails vorher klar: kein WLAN (aber in 2023 noch?). Überraschend: kein Radio, schlechte Matratzen/Kissen usw, nicht einmal Schneidebretter o.Ä. Für meine/unsere Bedürfnisse nicht ganz passgenau. Die Lage ist allerdings super."

"Great hotel, fantastic views, excellent spa facilities. Room excellent - spacious with cooking facilities in the private hall rather than the bedroom itself so you do not need to sleep with stale cooking smells. Very well equipped, though in summer the lack of air con may be a factor. Only downside was the pillows (though that and the lack of air con seems to be a common problem in hotels in Germany)."

"Ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel. Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee. Angrenzend ein schön angelegter Park. Man kann es nur empfehlen."
