"Could not have chosen a more convenient value for money hotel. The Lufthansa bus from the airport LITERALLY stops DIRECTLY outdide the door and runs every 20 minutes. The nain railwsy station is also directly across the road. 15 minute walk to Marienplatz in a straight line. Dont know why some people complain about the staff because they are sll wonderful. Breakfast is excellent value at EURO14\. OK, the rooms are a little tired but impeccably clean and considering the price per room its excellent value. Highly recommended and thanks for a great stay!"

"The hotel was fine but had a issue with the staff. My kid bought a drink from there vending machine. The machine gave him the wrong drink. I asked the staff in the lobby if he could get his money back. They refused to help with this situation. They say they don’t own the machines so there is nothing they can do. I was irritated that a hotel would not take responsibility for machines that are in there lobby. I told them they could keep the drink because no one wanted it. I was very disappointed in how they handled the situation. I have stay at this hotel multiple times but I will no longer be staying here. "
