The first floor boasts a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, while the second floor features two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds with Ipswich Bay right across the way. Gloucester est un endroit merveilleux, et la location est située à proximité en auto de très belles plages et de la belle ville de Rockport. La plage qui est à 5 min de marche (Plum Cove) est bien mais rocailleuse. L'appartement est très cozy, lumineux, le grand patio permet d'y prendre nos repas par beau temps et d'entrevoir les magnifiques couchers de soleil, dont on peut aussi profiter pleinement à 2 minutes à pied. Je recommande cet endroit. Seul bémol: accueil mitigé à notre arrivée, sans contact et sans réussir à parler à quelqu'un, nous n'avions pas été informés au préalable que nous avions accès sans la clé à ce moment-là... Cuisine: malgré que les armoires soient très bien garnies, quelques articles sont manquants (linges à vaisselle, et d'autres qui ne sont pas absolument nécessaires) mais Régina a répondu promptement à nos demandes par texto et nous a fourni le matériel requis. ##### Sylvie M. The space was lovely, clean and definitely big enough for our party of five. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment; the beds were very comfy. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, and patient while we figured out the parking. The open floor design allowed for great flow between kitchen, dining and living areas. Location; it is in a quiet area of Gloucester - mostly residences. There is a jetty you can walk to across the street; the beach is a bit further and not within visual distance. We never got there. But it's a short drive up to the lovely Halibut Point state park and about 10 minutes to a huge grocery store; downtown is similarly only about 10 minutes away. I would have liked the tight steep stairwell and the bedroom placements as opposed to the bathroom. I thought two bedrooms were on the main floor - I may have missed that but didn’t think only one room was upstairs. Lastly the responce time of returning my messages wasn’t great. We had never been before, and the hosts provided an excellent guide to the area in the room, as well as providing some restaurant recommendations in a brief and friendly chat after we checked in (all of which were delicious!). The amenities were excellent, especially the balcony which offered a nice spot to relax and make plans for the day. For this stay, it was just the two of us, but the upstairs bedrooms would make this a fantastic rental if you're traveling with kids as well. The hosts were also extremely friendly and communicative any time we needed to contact them. The location provided easy access to both Gloucester and Rockport. I'd highly recommend this property for any travelers to Cape Ann! ##### Amy W. It has plenty of room for two adults and two kids and a great deck off the living room. The owners offer beach chairs and umbrellas. The property was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. It’s in a lovely part of Gloucester and is walkable to a small, local beach. We would definitely come back! ##### Allison D. The only drawback was the access. Steep starirs to the unit and spiral stairs to the 2 bedrooms on the second floor of the unit.
