This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 2 with parking just downstairs from the unit. The Unit itself is has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open concept Kitchen/Livingroom. There is a king size bed and a cute sitting area for eating or working with a Roku TV. The bathroom has a shower only in it (\*no tub). These units are updated but have managed to keep its 1900s charm. \*no washer/dryer currently\*\*stairs\*
