The condo is perfectly situated from everything. Literally shares a parking lot with Iron Mountain Hot Springs - which is geared more towards adults, a short walk from the adventure park and 5 minute drive from downtown, the Hot Springs Pool and all the restaurants. The condo is beautifully maintained, clean and easy to access with an elevator in the building to bring up all our stuff. I mean a condo with 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms?!? What more could you ask for as a family with older kids. We never felt on top of each other. Sometimes you don’t know what you will get but this condo is exactly as pictured and described. The host was attentive, responded within minutes and gave so much info on what to do in Glenwood. We had such a great time. Could not recommend this condo enough!! ##### Alysa P. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, good linens (I’m picky about my sheets and towels!), nicely appointed. I would make small suggestions like table lamps and end tables in the living room, curtains in the bedrooms that are correctly sized and on hooks or something so they slide more easily, and hooks for towels in the bathrooms. I found the hosts very responsive as well. Our only real “issue” was the a/c was not adequate for the space and really struggled to get to and maintain temperature especially during the day, even with blinds and curtains closed and particularly in the bedrooms. It made sleeping a little uncomfortable. I know they mentioned the HVAC in the building overall is problematic so just be prepared.
