The proximity to downtown Glenwood (right around the corner) is this properties best attribute. Very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable for a smaller space. It was very clean and the hosts were responsive. The very reasonable cleaning fee was fabulous and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues are the living room furniture are not comfortable for lounging/relaxing. They are so slick you slide right off (even the pillows slide off). If you aren’t there to relax in the house it won’t be an issue. Although not a big deal, it would be helpful to have a visible address for guests arriving after dark. It was impossible to see. Darker #s or a little light, motion light on the front porch would be a wonderful addition for guest convenience. Otherwise it was quite lovely. The only reason we won’t stay again is the new early checkout time of 10:00\. That was disappointing and will cause us to book somewhere else next time.
