This 3 Bed 2 Bath home lends itself to families looking to take advantage of all Bear Lake Reserve has to offer or couples looking to relax and escape the grind. Nestled above the Private Nicklaus Designed Golf Course this home has the long range mountain views you are looking for. A Private Hot tub, Large Back Yard, Open Kitchen and a 2 minute walk to the Golf Course Pro Shop make this a truly unique home. ​​​​​​​The Main level features a large open kitchen concept with gas burner stove and a large eat at kitchen island that stands out as a center point.
