Escape to a peaceful countryside retreat at Tiny Creekside Cabin by Tiny Away! The ideal farm stay NSW getaway just outside Glenreagh, a small Clarence Valley town in the Northern Rivers bordered on the western side by the Tallawudjah Creek, offering panoramic views of Timbertop and the Dorrigo Plateau beyond.  
  
Tallowood Hill Farm combines our love of horses with a calm country lifestyle where you can relax, engage in our activities or explore the area.  
  
The Space:  
Tiny Creekside Cabin by Tiny Away rests peacefully on Tallowood Hill Farm, just a quick 5-minute drive from the serene town of Glenreagh, NSW. It's conveniently close to coastal gems like Woolgoolga, which is one of the closest, and Corindi Beach, known for its beautiful beaches. Emerald Beach offers great swimming and surfing opportunities. Additionally, the vibrant coastal city of Coffs Harbour is within easy reach.  
  
This tiny house provides an intimate setting amidst nature, with Tallawudjah Creek right outside your doorstep to the West. Nestled on a gentle pasture slope, the cozy 139-square-foot home boasts stunning views of the valley. The Equestrian Centre, arena, horses, and stables are approximately 300 meters away, enhancing the rural charm of the location.  
  
All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use.  
  
If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities like food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are four tiny houses on the property approx 30 metres away from each other. Each with their own unique outlook and firepit. The cabins are "Tiny Grey Gum, Tiny Ironbark, Tiny Tallowood & Tiny Creekside Cabin." We welcome group bookings, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will have access to the tiny house including the 1-kilometer of the creek line and 10 kilometers of walking tracks, excluding the original homestead, workshops, paddocks, and fields with livestock (e.g., horses, pigs, and chickens).  
  
We like to remind our guests that the tiny house is on the grounds of an Equestrian Centre, and horses have the right of way at all times.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Tiny Creekside Cabin by Tiny Away is a 5-minute drive to the village of Glenreagh with a strong connection to its timber heritage. Glenreagh sits alongside the beautiful Orara River. This historic timber town is surrounded by majestic sandstone ranges, many of which are state forests. Even today, many of the original timber dwellings still stand and celebrate Glenreagh's woody heritage every year.

\- Glenreagh Bakery is a popular local bakery in town that offers a delicious variety of pastries like pies, treats, coffee, and more.  
\- Sherwood Nature Reserve is a protected nature reserve located near Woolgoolga offering picnicking, birdwatching, and bushwalking.  
\- Clarence Valley is a beautiful natural attraction in Glenreagh, a great place for photos with the Golden Dog, the supersized smiling dingo!  
\- The Golden Dog Hotel is a family-friendly bistro and pub that serves brunch, dinner, assorted drinks, and great service. You can also have your photo taken with the supersized smiling dingo!  
\- The Big Banana Fun Park in Coffs Harbour offers a wide range of family-friendly activities including a water park, laser tag, mini-golf, ice skating, and a toboggan ride. It also features attractions like a plantation tour and escape rooms.  
\- Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve is a seabird rookery located in Coffs Harbour. It offers scenic views of the Solitary Islands and is a prime spot for whale watching and birdwatching.  
\- The Forest Sky Pier in Orara East State Forest offers breathtaking views of Coffs Harbour and the coastline. Just a short drive from the city, visitors can enjoy walking tracks through the rainforest, picnicking, and more!

\- Corindi Beach is a serene coastal village known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for surfing and beachcombing.  
\- Woolgoolga is famous for its multicultural community and pristine beaches, offering great opportunities for whale watching and coastal walks.  
\- Emerald Beach is a picturesque coastal town with stunning beaches and rocky headlands, perfect for swimming, surfing, and enjoying nature walks.  
\- Coffs Harbour is a bustling coastal city renowned for its iconic Big Banana and natural beauty, including beaches, rainforests, and the Solitary Islands Marine Park.  
\- Red Rock is a charming riverside village nestled between the ocean and the Corindi River, popular for fishing, kayaking, and exploring nearby Yuraygir National Park.  
  
Getting Around:  
By car:  
  
1\. Our nearest town is Glenreagh (a village, population 900) 8.2km away with a drive time of 10 - 12 minutes  
2\. Accessible by 2WD although internal roads on the property are unsealed and patrons may choose to leave their car in the Equestrian Centre Car Park and be transported to the Tiny Cabin Via 4WD.  
  
By public transport  
  
\- There is limited public transport available in our area.  
\- If traveling from Sydney, you can reach Glenreagh within a maximum of 10 hours by train. Alternatively, flying from Sydney (SYD) to Coffs Harbour (CFS) takes a maximum of 2 hours.  
  
From there, we offer a shuttle service from Coffs Harbour Airport to the property or return at $50 one way for a maximum group of 4 people If you wish to explore the area further we suggest you hire a car for your stay with us.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Yoga mat & towel provided to use free of charge.  
  
\- Extra firewood can be purchased for $10 per 10 kg bag.  
  
\- We have no mobile phone service or WiFi on the property  
\- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge  
  
\- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property without consent of the management  
\- Each Tiny Cabin has its own fire pit, and a small quantity of firewood will be provided along with kindling, matches, and firelighters.

\- Continental breakfast boxes and Picnic Hampers are available to order  
\- The picnic on the farm experience is available. Enjoy a two-hour picnic experience on our farm at our exclusive private location  
\- Keep in mind that all meals should be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance  
  
  
Safety guidelines  
\- We would like to advise guests that we have an electric fence on the property.  
\- It is recommended that guests with children supervise them so they do not run into fences.  
  
Farm guidelines  
\- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property  
\- Remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks  
\- Do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission  
\- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated  
  
Pets Policy  
\- All dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the property AT ALL TIMES  
\- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and you must clean up after your pet’s droppings  
\- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out, in courtesy of other guests  
  
\- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival.  
  
Important note:  
\- During the rainy season, road conditions in the area may become uneven  
\- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property  
\- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban  
\- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
