The view and placement of the house were amazing. It was a couple of block walk to get to the beach but the view was great. The house is a bit older and in need of some upgrades. You need to walk around the block to get beach access but it is not far. You need to be physically able to climb a flight of stairs to access the main level of this home. Wonderful view of the ocean. However, they really need to fix that fireplace. If they cannot fix it, it should be stated in the description. Make sure you bring anything you need as far as condiments. Twin beds need to be replaced. You can barely sleep on them. Otherwise it's a great place to stay. ##### Trudy T.
