With a fully stocked kitchen, pantry and lots of bedrooms and space this is the getaway you've been searching for. Large outdoor area with a large deck for dining, yoga and entertaining, large pool and spa, multiple lounge and play areas including bocce ball and cornhole. The pool is solar-heated during the summer. November to April, pool heating is not available. Other Things to Note: The pool can be heated from Memorial Day-Labor Day (only) for an added daily fee. The hot tub is heated year-round. Sonoma County Regulations: Max occupancy \*6 Max Parking \*3 No amplified outdoor music anytime Quiet hours 10pm-7am No events, weddings Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. It's a pretty steep and windy road up to the house, but totally worth it - just plan for a driver for wine tasting. Located about mid-way up Sonoma valley, high in the hills overlooking Glen Ellen, it was a peaceful and luxurious get away with stunning views - while still easily accessing wineries in both Sonoma and Napa. There was plenty of space to spread out. The 20-somethings in our group were happy that there wasn't too much togetherness and they especially enjoyed playing cornhole and bocce ball, while the 60-somethings appreciated the elegance and comfort. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub with stunning valley views. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much, instead of going out we picked up groceries almost every evening at Glenn Ellen Market, and ate in. Having 3 full baths was heaven! We were (nearly) equally located for the three areas. We actually cancelled our dinner plans one evening to take advantage by grilling steaks to enjoy with a recently purchased cab from one of the wineries we visited earlier that day. The location is tucked away from the main road making you feel like you are miles away from everyone. There were 3 couples in our group. Beautiful home with incredible outdoor space, just as stunning as in the pictures. We enjoyed visiting wineries in Napa Valley as well as Sonoma while visiting. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, hot tub was nice to enjoy at the end of our days, and overall the home exceeded our expectations! Hosts were easy to communicate with for check in and check out process and checked on us during our stay. We would love to visit again! ##### Michele T. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor area as it rained all weekend. I have to say though, having a well stocked kitchen, games, and the comforts of home made our stay perfect! The beautiful views and lush surroundings of this home made our stay exceptional. My family of six adults stayed for one week during the holiday season. It was perfectly equipped for us. The living room was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, each couple had their own bathroom, the landscaped outside space was beautiful and comfortable, and we had so much fun in the pool and hottub and playing bocce ball. It's in a great location to visit Napa Valley wineries and attractions, as well as explore the quaint village of Glen Ellen and its environs. It has a great Village Market. But the best part was definitely the enchanted feel of the property - it was alive with birds and frogs calling. A family of deer visited every day. The view of the valley was amazing, and the night sky was so dark, we could see the moons of Jupiter with the binoculars. Couldn't have had a better balance of fun and peaceful down-time. ##### Tonde W. We ABSOLUTELY loved this home - truly the only complaint was that we wished we'd had better weather to enjoy the outdoor space more! We were here for a long weekend with a total of 3 couples. We split our time between Napa and Sonoma and actually cancelled dinner reservations to enjoy cooking and relaxing in this home one of our nights. The group we were with travels frequently, and we all agreed this was one of our favorite and most well-equipped homes we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need to cook, entertain, or prep in the kitchen (and we're cooking oriented people), along with thoughtful bathroom amenities, extra blankets for the cold and rainy nights we had, towels for the pool and hot tub, Sonos speakers in the house and throughout the yard, and the fire pit and Bocce Ball were put to great use on our one cold but clear night -- there was truly something for every one in the group. This was a home that had the personal and thoughtful touches of being an individual's home, but the organization, simplicity, and professionalism of a home managed by a sophisticated property management team (and trust me, I've dealt with the bad ones and it'll ruin a trip!). We didn't have kids with us this trip, but it would have been a wonderful home for a mixed group as well, with outdoor space to play, games for all ages in the loft, and turkeys wandering the lawns. This home is tucked into the mountain, so the views during the day were breathtaking, and the stars at night were so bright. That being said, word to the wise for those traveling to the area for wine tastings or similar, the road to get to and from this property is very narrow, windy, and hilly. It is the reason the views and privacy are so phenomenal, but I would strongly advise hiring a car service or designated driver to get you to and from your destination. The house was conveniently located between both Sonoma and Napa, making getting between the two easy! We also had groceries delivered to the house from Safeway, which also made the weekend even simpler! I would absolutely stay in this home again and would recommend this home to friends and family for future trips! ##### Erin B.
