« L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, les chambres sont correspondent aux photos et l'accès au toit est très agréable. Nous avons été bloqué à cause de la tempête de neige et le personnel a vraiment été parfait pour nous aider dans cette situation. A part une femme de l'accueil qui n'est pas très accueillante ni chaleureuse, le reste était très bien! »

"Certes l’hôtel est à 2 minutes de Times Square à 10 de centrale Park il est central mais alors l’accueil déplorable la chambre n’était pas chauffée et pour cause en 2 jours il a fallu appeler le réparateur les chambres sont propres mais le lavabo de la salle de bains dans le couloir d’entrée dans une chambre supérieure j’avais jamais vu ça, le restaurant au centre de l’accueil au 2 étage avec un service glacial vous aviez l’impression de déranger à savoir que le second soir ils n’avaient pas de pain ils nous ont servi deux taosts grillés facturés 5$ je ne vous parle pas des cautions qu’ils ont encaissé le premier jour et de surcroît en ont facturé une cinquième oui car nous avions réservé 4 chambres c’est pas rien ils ont été en dessous de tout et ça s’appelle hôtelier, honte à vous je recommande aux prochaines voyageurs de passer leur chemin le Hard Rock est vraiment hard"

"Très bon placement de l’hôtel ! Très sympa et propre. Petit point négatif sur l’accueil et la sortie (c’était la même personne) pas très courtois donc peut être propre à lui mais rien de très grave. Une alarme incendie à 1h du matin avec une évacuation pour finalement fausse alerte mais bon, pas trop de la faute de l’hôtel mais celui d’à côté. "
