"We loved staying at this house for our Lake Powell trip. It is so beautiful! It’s in a great location right near a gas station in case you need ice or gas before heading to the lake, and about 8-10 minutes west from the Wahweap marina. It has 4 bedrooms that slept all of our guests comfortably, we had a total of 9 mostly adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and dish you need to make any kind of meal. "We had a great comfortable time here. Very spacious and lots of room for our 9 people. LOVED the huge swim spa which makes this very unique. It has a lot of stairs so beware if you have trouble with those. Was a great time for homebase and days on the lake on our boat. We have stayed at other properties manager by Tanzia and they are great also!"
