The only downside is that the bedrooms are in the front of the unit ( away from water) , so they don’t get much airflow, or breeze. Wasn't extremely baby friendly with the glass tables & end tables ( just in case you are traveling with a baby who is crawling :) - and I regretted not being on the first floor- but that doesn't have anything to do with the excellent, well kept condition of this condo, and there weren't any issues at all.
