Close to Kelvinbridge subway, Glasgow University and just a short stroll to Finnieston's trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Suitable for corporate and short stays. Located in the exclusive Park district close to city centre and west end. Professionally cleaned, hotel standard linen and toiletries supplied. The space This property has a large modern open plan kitchen/dining and living room opening onto a decked patio, two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and an additional bathroom. Suitable for holiday or business trips with broadband wifi, TV, work space, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer and coffee machine. 2 level home with stairs 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom Open plan Living /Dining/Kitchen area We can provide a travel cot (£15) or high chair (£10) upon request. Please feel free to ask if you require anything additional. Flexible check in after 4pm. Pet Friendly. Guest access Guests have entire access to the house during their stay. The accommodation provided is situated over a Ground floor and 1st floor level. Other things to note Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organised on request for additional charge. The property is set up to be remote access with a key safe box located close to the entrance, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed and check-in can be flexible anytime after 4pm. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
