« It was a great area, walkable to the city centre and Cardiff Castle. Room was nice and spacious, good for 2 people. The only downside was that there was no AC and the fan that was provided barely worked so it was very warm in the room. As we were on the ground floor, by opening the window it didn’t help at all as it was covered from outside so there was no ventilation. »

In the bathroom a toilet roll holder & small shelf in shower would help. Also coat hook for dressing gown etc. 3. A drainer for the dishes would be good & a chopping board. Jay was really helpful & gave us good tips for places to visit. »

« We booked many months ago for 8 people. As we landed into wales we received a call saying the apartment was double booked. After much distress and negotiation we managed to get in the property. There were only 5 knives and forks, no utensils. Few glasses and not well equiped at all. Two beds had collapsed bases which couldn't be used, the sofa bed was single and in very poor condition.
