« Accueil très froid. Les chambres sont vieillissantes (meubles non entretenus, pas de climatisation, pas de réfrigérateur,...) Toiles d'araignée au plafond, plus de savon dans le distributeur de douche, papier toilette rationné. Lit confortable. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et peu approvisionné vers la fin du service : il faut y aller tôt. Café très bon. Service au bar très froid.... Incroyable quand on se base sur la convivialité de la région....tout le monde ne l'applique pas. Espace spa...

« Un petit hôtel sympathique à la porte du parc national, la chambre+un séjour énorme, très reposant pour la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Mais il n’y a pas de climatisation. En tout cas, c’est plutôt frais dans la montagne même en été. Il y a 2 chargeurs rapides pour les voitures électriques dans le village, très pratique. »

« Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gab ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet . Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, ich habe nach einem Hotel mit Lademöglichkeit für Auto gesucht und laut Ausschreibung hier gefunden, jedoch hat das Hotel keine Möglichkeit, sondern ein kleines Stück weiter im Ort sind öffentliche Ladesäulen. Das sollte anders sein. Sonst war alles gut. »

« Accueil peu souriant, pas d'aide pour monter nos valises alors qu'il y a plusieurs marches à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Un frigo est présent dans la chambre, mais la réceptionniste nous signale que nous ne pouvons pas l'utiliser et que nous devons aller boire au bar de l'hôtel. Nous le savions mais l'hôtel n'a pas de climatisation et il faisait très chaud ; heureusement, il y avait un ventilateur mais nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Et enfin, le garage est éloigné de l'hôtel, sans aide pour y...

"Véritable parenthèse de bien être au milieu des montagnes, cet établissement de terme avec son hôtel est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel d'accueil qui a apporté toutes les explications utiles et n'a pas hésité, d'initiative, à nous donner des robes de chambres adaptées. Étant en demie-pension, on a pu profiter d'un repas de qualité. L'entrée et le dessert sont en mode buffet et pour le plat principal, plusieurs choix de proposés. Tout y était parfait. On a pu ensuite profiter du Spa en fin de journée (beaucoup moins de monde) et le matin avant le petit-déjeuner (pour les clients de l'hôtel). Les espaces de détente sont relativement variés sur des espaces en interieur ou extérieur. La chambre était spacieuse avec une petite terrasse qui permet d'avoir la vue sur les montagnes. Le petit-déjeuner était tout aussi formidable. Nous en avons profiter en mode brunch mais il est vraiment que lorsque la fin de matinée approche, il n'y a plus forcément de verres ou d'assiettes pour se servir. Quand c'est le cas, vous pouvez néanmoins profiter de très bon produits. Même si le prix paraît élevé, quand on y soustrait le prix des entrées au spa ou du repas, le prix de la chambre n'est au final pas si élevé. Une très bonne expérience pour des moments spéciaux. "

"Superbe chambre au calme avec vue sur les montagnes, très bien équipée, et lit très confortable. Parking extérieur réservé aux clients de l'hotêl. Seul bémol non négligeable pendant les fortes chaleur et incompréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing : l'absence de climatisation ! Car difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir la chambre en raison des moustiques... (pour rappel l'hotêl est équipé d'une piscine extérieure et est à 15 min à pied du lac)"
