We had a great view directed at the castle. Really nice at night with lights. Staff was extremely helpful. Location was perfect for walking around old town. Decor of our room was unique and authentic Albanian. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location & easy to get to by car. Parking is limited but there are spaces, and staff will move your car for you if needed. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated in traditional style. Breakfast was delicious, traditional platter of olives, cucumber, tomato’s & watermelon, bread basket & spreads & jams, plus some cake & pastry with fig jam and on top of that a fresh omelette & a sausage. Coffee, juice & water in offer for drinks. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the "old town" walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The service is excellent and the rooms are perfectly renovated.

Great, character room in the heart of the old town. It was a gorgeous room and hotel. The staff was amazing, very helpful with setting up a taxi to get us to the bus station. Their breakfast in the morning was fantastic, the view from the room was incredible and we really really enjoyed our stay here

A wonderful family owned boutique hotel with kind and friendly staff. Though we had to drive up a very steep hill to reach the hotel and tight parking situation, they helped us park safely. Amazing breakfast with a view on their rooftop terrace!

Beautiful views and night life around the city. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful (we got lost and the staff helped with directions to the hotel). Definitely worth stopping and staying a night or two if youre in the area. I would go out of my way to stay here again if travelling to Albania.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were genuinely kind, attentive, and friendly. The holiday decor for Christmas was magical, creating such a festive and cozy atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for planning our days and staying connected. The location couldn’t be better—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful enough to enjoy a restful night. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely staff and location

Well located near the bazaar. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and air conditioned. Wonderful views of the mountains at breakfast on the terrace. Bar does a nice range of drinks which can also be delivered to your room.

We had a great 1 night stay. Hotel is central to sights. First room was just as requested but neighbours chimney smoke began to blow into our room so we were changed to a lively 2 room suite thanks to Denis contacting the owner.

Such a great stay at Hotel Kalemi 2. Staff was very accommodating. We had a room with a balcony where we could see the castle. The room was quaint and unique. The includes breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Great location and one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in Albania! Room was spacious and bathroom finishings were all new. Slight disappointment that they don't turn the espresso machine on until after breakfast (pretty bad coffee), but the breakfast itself makes up for this shortcoming.

The hotel has very historical feeling decoration. The room is clean and with nice castle view. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nice. The only downside is that at night, our room on the 3rd floor was a bit cold. It would be no problem for warmer days.
