Give Vacation Packages

This property was clean and spacious. It was close enough to walk to some restaurants and a grocery store. The location is great if you want to access things in nearby Billund. It wasn’t exactly clear that there is no front desk at this hotel. It was fine as far as checking in and out, but made things unclear about the property. The bunk beds in our family room were unstable. Our boys ended up taking the mattresses off the beds and sleeping on the floor. The first night was very quiet, however the second night was very noisy almost until midnight. Since it is light so early in the morning and light until late, blackout blinds would have been helpful. Actually, any blinds without large holes in them would have been beneficial. Overall the property was okay, but could use some TLC.

No cleaning without asking

Nice breakfast. Don’t know why they didn’t offer any other meals as they appear to have the facilities. Mikka was very helpful with answering my queries.

They should have signage that the restaurant is permanently closed and that it takes over 5 minutes to get hot water. And if you get up after 9am, there is no hot water. Someone left their old takeout on the porch and made the area and room smell like old Chicken. Luckily only 6km to visit my Daughter’s school, so convenience was nice. Once we realized there was no restaurant, buying groceries and using equipt kitchen was great! No noice from roadway was heard once in room with doors and windows closed, another plus. Heated bathroom floor was also a positive, especially after cold shower. Had we been expecting a motel we would have been more impressed, but were led to believe this was a hotel. It was not.

No AC or Fridge. Not much sound proofing, can hear guests conversations through the walls.
