A place that certainly will not leave you indifferent. Located in the heart of the historic center of Giuliano di Rome, La Preta Nera takes its name from the lava stone with which many of the houses were built  
country. Thanks to an extremely delicate and hardly perceptible restoration work, the structure presents itself as one of the typical "houses of the past", with original furnishings that refer to a not too much past away and rustic finishes. An experience unsuitable for those looking for luxury or hotel comfort, but a visceral experience for those who prefer unusual places in contact with the spirit of beautiful things.  
La PRETA NERA is a charming traditional house in the heart of the historic center of Giuliano di Roma, in Ciociaria. Giuliano di Roma is a village located on the crater of an extinct volcano and the name La Preta Nera it derives from the lava stone which is scattered throughout the territory. Just 90 km from Rome, in an area of ​​rolling hills and valleys, La Preta Nera is a place that will allow you to live your holidays in a natural environment and in contact with the inhabitants of a small lively village. At 30km from La Preta Nera you will also find beautiful beaches for sea lovers.

Giuliano di Roma, a medieval village with characteristic corners and alleys that have kept their history, immersed in local traditions and surrounded by nature, with the possibility of various outdoor activities for everyone. Outside the walls there is a new multi-storey car park with a lift serving the historic centre. The area is an important and peaceful strategic node of Lazio, between the capital Rome and the stupendous Circeo coast (about 20/40 minutes with daily return buses), the ski resort of Campo Catino (about 50 minutes) and the park Rome games - Rainbow Magicland (about 25/40 minutes by train or car). The Monti Lepini are a mountain range belonging to the Lazio Anti-Apennines, located south of Rome since they border to the north with the Colli Albani or 'Castelli Romani'!
