There is a sunny covered deck with seating and a BBQ. There is a locked gate leading on to the park. It is a very quiet area with good neighbours. The living area is open plan with a gas heater and a 65 inch TV with free view and Netflix. Wifi is available and is fast. Really appreciated the closeness to the cafes, beach, pool and everything. No need to use the car, everything was literally 5 - 10 mins walk away. The skater park next to the house was a great addition to keep the kids busy given the skateboards and scooters were already stacked in the garage for use.
