Ideally located to recharge your batteries both in summer and winter, this 2-level gîte (80 m²), completely renovated in December 2021, adjoins the owner's house, on the 1st floor with access via a few steps. On the 1st level: You will access the living room via the terrace, which is composed of the kitchen open to the dining area and the lounge area. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room with WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, a second shower room with WC. Central heating. Barn for storing skis, bicycles and motorcycles. Private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, enclosed land (except in winter) owned by the owner. Children's games. In the heart of the Haut Jura Natural Park, multiple discovery activities for the family. GR9 hiking, mountain biking, caving, archery, cross-country skiing, adventure course, multi-sports hall. No business stays. Come and discover the Jura Mountains and make the most of the bewitching landscapes and the tranquility of a preserved area conducive to both relaxation and sports activities.
