« Funky bed and breakfast with a nice view, rooms are quirky but clean and functional. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but filling and great to start the day exploring Lakes Entrance with a full belly. Overall, a nice change from the roadside motels we've been staying at, and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! »

« I loved the grandeur of the mansion property and its interesting history. The country setting was beautiful, as were the grounds. Staff were warm and welcoming. Room accommodation was comfortable and stately. The property's proximity to Sale was very convenient. »

« Beautiful property in an excellent location. Very quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to town. The accommodation was perfect for us, very clean and had everything we needed plus some extras like tea and coffee and also some complimentary "real" coffee supplied by our lovely hosts. »

« Location is unbeatable. House is as advertised, modest, but to be honest I would sleep under an old tarp to be by that beautiful river. Our landlady was friendly and easy to talk with. Given the money I would stay there longer than a fortnight. »

Our stay at Inlet Waters was exactly per the listing, clean, comfortable and easy to check in. Location is very quiet...only the sounds of local bird life. « Tout est parfait mais il ne faut surtout pas arriver une fois la nuit tombée La zone est dans le noir total le cottage n est pas éclairé et difficilement localisable Personne a l accueil... la responsable est à 150 kms de lá... Mais bon après 45 min de recherches nous avons atteint un joli havre de paix.... »

« I’m not to good at this type of thing but hey hear we go, the host was amazing she came in gave us the tour showed us how it all worked, and was lovely, not one other place I’ve stayed at has done that, the place was spotless, had everything we needed was just amazing and relaxing »

« The Farm house was spacious, stylish and comfortable. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful. Helpful and friendly hosts assisted us to charge our electric car at the property. The hosts left generous breakfast provisions as well as wine, cheese and chocolate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Farm! »

« We had a quiet stay in well appointed, comfortable accommodation, just what we wanted. The hostess was helpful, providing us with hot water when there was a brief power failure. We would have stayed longer if it had been possible but it was fully booked. We loved the area and ate well in the local Italian restaurant. »
