Great staff and great stay!! ##### Thiên huu john Stayed 1 night in Jul 2019 ### 6/10 Okay #### aji.kazuo, 茨城県 Jun 29, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Staff & service シャワーのお湯がすぐつめたくなる。 交通手段がお馬さんタクシー料金たかい。 朝飯１５００００ルピア」高い ##### aji.kazuo Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2019 ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller Jun 12, 2019 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Amenities i was excited to stay at santorini resort after i stayed there i was instantly disappointed with how small the room was for the price you pay and i have stayed in privet rooms for far much less and included more amenities with the price than santorini has to offer,as it is hardly a resort nor a place for couples more like a family retreat. upon arriving to our room in 32° weather we were really sweaty and get into our room and it was soo hot as the air con wasnt running. after cooling off with a shower one of the towels looked like it had a fight with a dog it had so many holes in it. the sheets had oil stains on them and the tables stained with coffee marks so we ordered a couple milkshakes to cool off upon arrival they looked and tasted like watered down chocolate sauce even my nieces would decline to drink it.for the price paid for the room youd think bicycles are included but no they where an additional fee. the power kept cutting and the wifi was modrate when it actually worked. every day the toom got cleaned we'd come back to the aircon turned off they must be told by the owners to save on power but when your on an island with temperature of 30° plus youd like to come back to a cool room.in summary if you have extra money lying around then by all means stay there and get woken up to children screaming in the pool and a room unfit to have two people stay in. one good thing about santorini is the hospitality of the staff nothing else comes to mind ##### Verified traveller Stayed 4 nights in Jun 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Marcus Adrian Mar 13, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort #### Gili T - Santorini Svært dårlig engelsk og mat. Kjøkkenet brukte ekstremt lang tid på å tilberede under-middels mat. Kun én sykkel er tiltenkt et dobbeltrom(???), ligger veldig langt vekk fra «sentrum». «De» heter han som kunne engelsk, han var topp. Ellers, veldig fint hotell. We were greeted with fresh juice by the friendly staff when we arrived and our room was ready before check in time. The property and our room were spotless and the AC and Wifi were working perfectly. Special mention to D, a staff member, who went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay the best it could possibly be. Hotellilta sai pyörät lainaan ja liikkuminen paikasta toiseen oli helppoa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttoivat mielellään mikäli meillä oli kysyttävää.
