Unfortunately I didn't get the room that I had expected but that was down to the booking site and not the hotel itself - the hotel tried their best to move us in to the room we had wanted but couldn't as they were full. Hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating- they made use feel really special when we arrived - would definitely stay here again. He should not be working in the tourist industry. He was very angry at me because I asked him for help at midnight and asked for my room keys. Standard room was lovely, decor in the traditional sasak style, with a large balcony area which was great for relaxing. No aircon, so we decided to upgrade to a superior room when one became available. It was worth it!
