"My partner and dog stayed here for a week in early April. The house was as nice as the pictures in the listing and was a cozy home base for exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking simple meals. The bathroom, living room, and dining room are spacious with nice light. "This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....

"We had an incredible weekend on Lake Ossipee. Beautiful views from the house and overall a well appointed property - it was easy to enjoy the outdoor space, well-stocked kitchen and a ready to use grill- these were a few of the things that made our party of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) very comfortable for the weekend! "Charming home in a chanel. Michele was very responsive to any and all questions. The bed rooms were spacious but downstairs was a little smaller than we thought but still worked for our family. The only thing was the geese poop all over the yard and dock which doesn't seem like it can be helped. Close and easy boat launch and nice size dock for your boat"
