Our home is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy all that the Lakes Region has to offer. The house boasts a large media room, perfect for movie nights or game days. Step outside to find a spacious deck with seating and a grill, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining. The private yard also features a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the cool New Hampshire evenings. Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of Lake Winnipesaukee and the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion and is just a quick drive to Gunstock and Weirs Beach. There was an issue that the property manager tried to resolve. It did impact our stay but I do believe she did what she could to make it up to us. The house is spacious and perfect for big families. The master bed is very comfortable. The location can’t be beat. It’s very close to the Bank of NH Pavillion if you want to see a show. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The outside patio couch was dirty and no amount of scrubbing made it something we wanted to use. The backyard is surrounded by woods so the deck was covered in leaves, dirt, and bugs. Again, something that really can’t be helped due to the woods. I would advise if staying in the summer you make sure that they have installed the ACs like the listing suggests. ##### Laurie C. The views, quiet setting, privacy and accommodations were worth every penny. The guest bedrooms are separate from the master bedroom. Each had very nice bathrooms and plenty of towels.
