It was a little cloudy during our stay, but when the sun came out it was great! I heard the area is known for its spiders, so that was a little hard to deal with. That's one reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness, but I also know nothing can really be done. But the hammock had spiders, and going down some stairs, we had to clear some webs. The outdoor chairs had mold, too, but not too much, and WA is know for the rain. We appreciated the Pack n' Play as well as the bath seat for our infant daughter. We wish we had more time and we would have definitely played some games. Two friends went on the peddleboat - fun! Everything else was clean and we are so glad to have been able to wash laundry! Our host Michelle was very helpful before and after booking. She was prompt with answering questions about the house and town and even gave us some restaurant recommendations (we went to Anthony's!). The house was wonderful. We all agreed it was one of the cleanest and updated houses any of us had rented. There was plenty of comfy seating and large windows to watch the wildlife that flew and wandered by. Unfortunately it rained every day of our visit, so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor porch, grassy backyard or the lovely lake. The property is only about 10 minutes to the waterfront. We were able to stroll along and visit all of the shops and the farmers market. I have zero complaints about our stay and would rent this house again if need a place in Gig Harbor. ##### Sarah L.
