Very nice studio apartment with everything you need for a short stay. It was very clean, well equipped and despite being a bed/settee, very comfortable. For me was ideal for where I needed to be. Arrival process very simple and easy to follow

Great apartment, well positioned, would definitely recommend. It was nice that due to the weather, one of the management saff suggested I sit in their office whilst waiting to go to the airport, well appreciated.

Spacious, luxurious, clean and well equipped apartment. Walking distance to everywhere. Good wifi, great communication. Shower needs a little more power but that didn’t distract from a really comfortable stay.

Great location and spotless clean
Location is tricky but you get very detailed instructions on location and entry. Apartment is in great condition and a few options on places to eat and drink a few minutes walk away. Overall perfect for my needs.

Very nice apartment, clean, light and comfortable. Supermarket (Morrison's ) round the corner was a bonus As the apartment was at the front corner of the property and on 3rd floor it could be a little noisy with traffic going by, especially if the patio doors were open. So if someone staying there likes the windows open at night it may disturb your sleep, maybe an apartment on a higher floor or on the other side of the building would be better . But we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend.

De appartementen waren keurig! Wij hadden een kamer met balkon geboekt en dat gaf een prachtig uitzicht over de haven. Alles waren keurig in orde, attente ontvangst met een flesje wijn, koekjes. Verder alles aanwezig wat je wensen kon; vaatwasser - inclusief vaatwasblokjes. Helaas werkte alleen onze oven niet.

I booked expedia 8 till 9 august and by arriving they had no place. I had conformation from expedia. Made pickures of arriving at location. I called them at a on there telephone at 9 oclock. So want my money back. I had to book expesive hotel on cruise boat in harbour gibraltar.

Our office is open until late in the evening to make check in time flexible for our guests if any contact is required. Unfortunately, if no contact is made by guest either by email or telephone then we do not mark the booking as a no show. Great location and served our needs well. One thing to remember, since there isn’t a front desk, you can’t leave your luggage. We ended up waiting around for a couple hours so we could drop our bags off. The cafe below is very good as well.

Situated ten minutes from the main square, these apartments are ideal for a short stay. The only minor criticism is there are no storage facilities for your bags if you are arriving on the morning flights. The apartments are well equipped and functional and less expensive than similar standard hotels.

A conveniently placed short stay apartment, compact yet offers everything required for the time spent. The apartment was clean and well presented. This was my 2nd stay in Bentley Holiday Apartments-West One. Recommend this accommodation and would consider it to be better value than the hotels in Gibraltar.

I thought the apartments was perfect for our need, clean, tidy and modern. Was stoked with starter equipment which was good. View was of the bay and was perfect. The only problem was the water took forever to go down the plug hole in the sink in the bathroom and some knifes had a bit of rust on them.
