« This place was a comfy basement suite with a separate entrance. I stayed here with just my cat and me; however, there are three beds. If something is wrong, the host is easy to approach and will solve the problem quickly. The area is quaint, near many grocery stores and good places to eat. It's also close to the highway, so it's easy to get there or head somewhere else. The basement is cool during the hot summer days. They have kids, and sometimes they make noise; I don't think it's a big deal....

The host was responsive to our messages in a really timely manner, including when we asked for a few extra things in the suite and he delivered them that day. The pictures and description are accurate to the space, so do note that the small living room is windowless as it's a below-ground suite. One small point: We would have enjoyed our stay more if the lighting was better. Lamps in the living room and on either side of the bed...
