#### Mitten in Belgien

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Vorort von Gent. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan, die Tramhaltestelle nicht mal 10 Min entfernt und in 25 Min ist man im Zentrum von Gent. Der private Parkplatz war super, die Zufahrt war aber sehr schmal. Unser Kia Venga hat noch gut gepasst. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber. Der Ausstattung fehlen nur Kleinigkeiten, z.B. Garderobenhaken oder Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung hat eine langgestreckte U-Form und verfügt über keine Türen (bis auf eine Verbindungstür zwischen den Schlafzimmern). Die Dusche steht im freien Raum. Die Nutzer der Wohnung sollten sich also gut kennen (oder absprechen). Einziges Manko: die separate Toilette hatte keine Lüftung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Alle Informationen kamen pünktlich und ausführlich. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war er immer erreichbar.

Wohnung ist sieht neu aus und ist sauber. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle zur Innenstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Kontakt zum Vermieter: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

#### Moderne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln bei Ausstattung und Sauberkeit

Eigentlich eine schöne, moderne Wohnung. Aber eher minimalistisch ausgestattet. Z.B. keine Teekanne. Es gibt zwar eine Nespresso, für die man aber erst Kapseln besorgen muss! Eine normale Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen. Kaffee hatten wir dabei. Abzüge bei der Sauberkeit (Gefrierfach!). Das Doppelbett hat nur eine große Decke. (Wenn man mit 4 Männern verreist, ist das nicht gerade optimal) Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, und insgesamt war es trotzdem gut!
